What kind of floor does it have?
We make all our floors of aluminium because it is resistant to urine and faeces. That is why we also give a 15 year warranty on the floor.

Is the ramp easy to lift?
Yes, a child can lift the ramp; we used to have gas-filled struts attached to the outside of the ramp. The disadvantage of this was the gas struts could leak without any warning. We then tried a tension spring, which worked well but you always had to have the steel cables on the side of the ramp, which we think involves a danger of injury to horses and especially foals when loading.  
That is why we have made our loading ramp with a built-in torsion spring so there is no danger from cables or anything like that. 

Do you also have horse boxes with an automatic gearbox ?
Yes, our Mercedes has an automatic gearbox with stepless changes as standard.
The Fiat Ducato or Renault Master you can have an automatic or manual change as you wish.

What is the carrying capacity ?
The carrying capacity is 1000 to 1200 kilograms.

Does it also have a safety gate ? 
Yes, all our horse boxes have a safety gate that operates from outside within 5 seconds with a simple action. 
That is why we also build all our horse boxes with an interior breast bar and no doors, because if a horse hangs over a door during transport it is difficult to lift even 500kg. Hence the breast bar.

What is the delivery time ?
We always have a least 2 horse boxes in stock, but if you want another colour 
or a bigger or small engine, the delivery time is approximately 2 months from order.

How much is it ?
We can supply from € 42,500, depending on which model and which extra options you want.

I don’t know whether my horse will be easy to load ?
If you want to buy a vehicle from us, we will take a test drive first.  
Afterwards we can, if desired, drive to you and have a test drive with your horse or horses.
If you buy, this is free, if not, we do charge mileage.

Is metallic paint an extra ?
No, you can choose what ever colour you want as standard.

If I have to load a mare with foals, isn’t the partition in the way ?
No, you can easily remove the partition from the interlocking mechanism and then push it up against the side. 

Is there adequate ventilation for the horses ?
Yes, more than enough. All our horse boxes are fitted with 3 large windows plus a roof hatch with extraction.

What driving licence do I need ?
Class B licence up to 3500 kilograms.
Is there also room for saddles and clothing ?
Yes, all horse boxes have 2 saddle supports and a locker for your clothing etc., as standard.
Plus 2 bins for cover girths and/or hay in the spoiler bin.
